A class will typically include a mobilisation, an engaging warm-up game, Parkour, awe-inspiring acrobatics, and a cool down to end the session.
We foster a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to when ready step outside their comfort zone exceed their boundaries, and grow with confidence.
In our classes, both coaches and students create a welcoming environment. We believe that Parkour is inclusive for individuals of all shapes and sizes, offering an opportunity for everyone to participate and thrive.
